Was late to my appointment unfortunately but when I finally made it and signed in, the wait was only 5-10 minutes. It wasn’t long at all even waiting in their second waiting room for the Dr wasn’t long. When i finally got the chance to meet with the Dr She was very fast and efficient. I was in and out, which was nice. Overall very nice visit and would recommend.

October 24, 2024Wow, I was very surprised. I have 2 children and I have taken them to different specialists many times in different states. We are from Texas. Then we moved to California and in 2018 we came to Las Vegas. In each state, I have taken them to different eye clinics. The check-up is every year and my daughter has worn glasses since she was a child, so we have been to many specialists and never, ever have my children had such a professional examination. The doctor is a kind patient, she explained well to my child what he needed to know. and the workers are all equally kind and professional. I highly recommend it because here they told me what no other place told me what happens to my son. Now I just have to take my daughter to find out if she has it. Same problem, thank you very much to the entire team.

March 8, 2024The doctor loves helping patients!!!! When I woke up in the morning my right eye was all blood shots red. They give me an appointment right away and the doctor examined my eyes extensively and she took so many pictures to make sure nothing is wrong. She said nothing to worry. She referred me an eye drops. In the couple of days 90% of the redness went away.

March 24, 2024Well desert Eye Care on Nellis and I live in Pahrump I wouldn't trade Dr Gupta Gupta or her staff men and women for anywhere and another city they're clean they're polite they address their name they compensate you now of course if you want to have something to eat you need to pick it up before you get there but they're always somebody's doing something actively related to a job that needs to be taken care of as a task whether it's fixing your glasses shining your glasses helping the patient fill out a form or I love ring the bell I ring it twice I would rate this place and I am reading it five stars and if anybody thinks less of that I'd be amazed and I'm just sorry if you did have a bad experience but I'll tell you I have never ever been treated any less Dan Deborah H e i d e r and I've always been greeted with Pleasant clean apparatuses by Dr Gupta she's self-explanatory she repeats it if you're not quite sure so I suggest you go there I've been in Clark County 47 years and now I'm in Pahrump and I'll go that far f o r my eyeballs thank you Dr Gupta and all my girls and gentlemen bye

December 12, 2023I’ve been coming here for 4+ years. Moved out of the neighborhood, but make our trip to this place because the doctor is so great. She’s fast and efficient which I deeply appreciate. Answers any questions I have and you can tell she’s knowledgeable
I make all our appointments for four of us at once. That’s amazing. And what’s better is we’re always in and out in 1.5 hours or less.

December 12, 2023Impressive and professional..., Im glad I chose Desert Eye Care. My son was referred there by my sons pediatrician, so I made appointments for both of us to get our eyes checked for the 1st time. We were greeted at the door as they were thorough in taking precautionary measures for corona virus. Our wait was short. By the time I was finished with my paperwork, we were called back the staff was informative and friendly. They even helped me pick out frames that I was happy with. I highly recommend Desert Eye Care.

Every part of the experience from filling out the paper work, the eye exam and picking out my glasses was efficient, pleasant and easy. All the employees were highly courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Desert Eye Care, in fact I've already booked my daughter's appointment here!
